City Serve is an event to care for others in very tangible ways. Volunteers, from the Augusta area, come together to help to restore pride in neighborhoods by doing simple tasks, such as picking up litter and trash in designated areas. This serves people, who cannot afford the fines for trash and litter, avoid the penalties.

Doing for the elderly and individuals with disabilities what they are not able to accomplish themselves gives each volunteer the opportunity to serve without the expectation of reward or recognition.
